How I work
No big reveal and no 80-page audit nobody reads. We find what's costing you customers, fix it in order, and show you what changed.
What happens, in order
- We start with your dataSearch Console, analytics and a crawl of the site, with brand searches split out from everything else, because those clicks would've come anyway.
- We choose what mattersAudit tools list everything at the same volume. We pick the few fixes most likely to bring in enquiries and sales, and tell you why.
- We do the workTechnical fixes, pages, internal links and local search, in that priority order.
- We report what changedNon-brand clicks and the enquiries or sales they bring. Total clicks can rise purely because more people searched your name.
Who does what
I lead on strategy, and specialists at Uppercut Digital handle much of the delivery. If you have a preference, tell me when you get in touch.
How long it takes
Fixes to pages already ranking can show within weeks. New pages in a competitive market usually take months. We'd rather give you a range from your own data than a promise.
What I won't promise
- Rankings. Nobody controls Google's results, so any guarantee is a warning sign.
- A citation in an AI answer. Answers change from one run to the next.
- A traffic forecast built on old click-through rates. Ours come from Australian data.
What it costs
Most Australian small and mid-sized businesses pay $1,500 to $3,500 a month before GST for ongoing SEO, based on the published guides we compared. That's the market range, not a quote.
