Editorial policy
The standards behind what's published on this site, and how to tell us if something's wrong.
What we publish
- Figures link to a real source, listed at the end of each post.
- No invented client stories, quotes, results or numbers.
- Client data only appears pooled and anonymised, unless it's from a case study Uppercut has already published.
- Official documentation and original research come before someone else's summary of them.
Our own research
Original research says what was measured, over which dates, and what was left out. See the research and the method in each study.
Who's behind it
This is my site, so what's published here is my responsibility. I work at Uppercut Digital, and posts can mention its services and case studies. Posts here aren't sponsored. More about me.
Found a mistake?
Send me a message with the page and what's wrong. Search changes quickly, so older advice can go out of date too, and that's worth telling us about.
