Privacy policy
This is Dylan Modino's personal site, run with Uppercut Digital. It only collects what you choose to send through the contact form, plus basic visit statistics. Last updated 31 Oct 2026.
This site is operated by PJD Digital Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as Uppercut Digital (ABN 84 669 033 872). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, the topic you pick and your organisation if you give one. We don't ask for anything else, and you don't need an account to use this site.
Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. Google Analytics uses cookies and shares this data with Google. We have not turned on advertising features.
How we use it
Your message is only used to reply to you and deal with what you asked about. We don't use it for marketing, add you to a mailing list or sell it.
Who sees it
Form messages are emailed to Dylan's inbox at Uppercut Digital, where he works. If your message is about client work, it may be passed to the Uppercut Digital team so they can respond. Cloudflare, Google and our email provider handle the data to run these services, and their systems may be outside Australia. We'd otherwise only disclose it where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep messages for as long as they're useful for dealing with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them when no longer needed.
Other websites
This site links to other sites, including Uppercut Digital, Google, LinkedIn and Instagram. The AI summary buttons in the footer open third-party AI services and send them a prepared question. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, using the contact form. If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
