Win the map pack where customers search
The map pack changes with where someone is standing. Checking it from your office tells you very little, so we measure from the suburbs your customers are actually searching in.
Why review counts aren't everything
When we searched "plumber" from six points across Sydney, the 18 pack positions went to 17 different businesses, and a listing with 2,800 reviews sat third in Bondi Junction. Google says local results rest on relevance, distance and prominence. You can't move your address, so the work goes into the two you can change, in the areas you can realistically win.

The other huge positive is that Dylan has worked on his own local service events business, so completely understands the mindset and needs of a business owner.
Common questions
Do I need a page for every suburb?
Usually not. Near-identical suburb pages rarely earn clicks. Build fewer, with something genuinely useful about serving that area.
How many reviews do I need?
There's no magic number. Two Parramatta listings made the pack with 5 and 6 reviews. Keep them coming steadily and honestly.
Why do I rank in one suburb and not another?
Distance is one of Google's three main factors. Someone two suburbs away can see a completely different three businesses.
